Individual, couple, and family sessions are all available for the same fee. Typically, sessions last just under an hour, 50-55 minutes. My fee for this length of session is $75. If you are planning to use insurance benefits, please contact me with your information so we can check on those benefits. The full fee or the co-pay (if using insurance) is due in cash or check at the time of the session. Longer counseling sessions are also available, prorated based on the $75/hour fee. Thus, an 80-90 minute session is $112.50.
DIRECTIONS TO MY OFFICE
409 E. Sumach Street is an office building in a residential neighborhood near the Rose Street Safeway and the Elks Club.
Heading East or West on Highway 12. Take the 2nd Avenue exit. At Rose Street, take a left. Two blocks after the Safeway, take a Left on Tukannon Street, just past the Elks Club. Take your next Right on Sumach Street; number 409 is the second house on your left. There is landscaping in the front instead of grass. The number and a sign board is by the front door. Park on the street in front of the house or in the small parking lot at the rear of the house (requires going down the alley that runs parallel to Sumach). Entering the house through either the front or rear door, you will pass an office and then come to the open waiting room area. Please make yourself comfortable there. APPOINTMENTS
I am available for appointments weekdays, late morning, afternoon, and into the evening. The next appointment time will generally be scheduled at the conclusion of each session. The regular agreed upon fee will be charged for appointments that are missed and were not cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment. Exceptions to this policy will be on a case-by-case basis. Please note that insurance companies do not pay for missed sessions. (to top of page)
INSURANCE
If you have insurance benefits that you would like to use, I am glad to assist you in determining what those benefits are and in billing the insurance company for you. I am currently in network for PREMERA BLUE CROSS, ODS, MEDICARE, FIRST HEALTH NETWORK (not First Choice Health Network) and AETNA. I am out-of-network for other insurance benefits. I hope to shift to in-network status with other insurers in the future and will update that information here. Please note that insurers do not pay for missed sessions. Also, in the event that the insurance does not pay as expected, you will be responsible for the balance.
